Double Roll Crusher Instruction

Liming design double roll crusher is used for primary and secondary crushing and medium-hard as well as sticky and wet materials, and widely used for crushing quarries and stones, such as coal mine, gold ore, marble, limestone etc. They are particularly used for primary crushing in open pit mining as well as further crushing (2nd + 3rd crushing stage).

Double Roll Crusher Mode of Operation

The feed material can be crushed either by counter rotating rolls of the Center-Sizer running inward in the flow direction of the material or between a crushing plate/comb and the outward rotating rolls of the Side-Sizer.
