1. After running test, if the machine is accordance with required, it can be put into use. Stop material feeding before every time stopping the machine.

2. The safeguard and maintenance of vertical coal crusher should be treated by staff with standard operation flow and maintenance rule. Following attention should be paid:

Firstly, for the main axis has high rotating speed, the rotor should keep balance as maximum limits as possible. When vertical coal crusher with hammer abrade or repairs, the correspond place should replace also, and the new two correspond hammer should have same weight in case of huge vibrating because of unbalance. What’s more, vertical coal crusher can rotate in positive and negative direction, which lengthen the hammer service life.

Secondly, some interval between upper bearing cover and upper ring of bearing should be left for the theory of thermal expansion and elongation of axis running. Finally, clean the whole bearings once every 6 months with changing calcium soap grease. Do not add into too much grease for fear of the temperature is too high of bearing running.
