Coal crusher sieve plate structural principle introduction

Coal crusher is also called coal breaker, which is one of impact shaft crusher with crushing roller. The roller is hanged on the suspended shaft rotating simultaneously with rotor, and the roller has a rotating and impacting move with rotor with spinning move around the suspended shaft. The process is through the two stage working of crushing roller.

When material enters into crushing cavity, the crushing roller on the first rotating stage impacts the material. And on the second stage, the coarse material falls onto sieve plate will be extruded for another crushing and ejected out form sieve hole.

Meanwhile, a little material that cannot be crushed will enter into waste storage room, which needs removing periodically. The granularity adjustment is through replacing different sizes of sieve plate. Also, the interval between rotor and sieve plate can be adjusted if necessary.

Coal ball mill main application:

Coal ball mill is mainly used in coal fired power plant. For furnace coal is usually the raw coal without classification, which is not fit for furnace and needs crushing.
